Louisville, KY—RJ Thieneman Realty Group begins a fourth section of its Saratoga Springs development in eastern Jefferson County that will be ready for home sites in early 2009. The developer has installed streets and plans to begin constructing the new sales model immediately. The new section includes plans for 47 home sites and a second entrance to the subdivision.
The original entrance to Saratoga Springs is on Old Heady Road, one mile from Taylorsville Road, east of Jeffersontown. The new entrance is just a few hundred yards past the original and includes large berm for increased homeowner privacy along Old Heady Road and a considerable amount of landscaping. The new entrance allows direct access into Section 2 via Knoll Wind Way, plus easier access to Legends at Saratoga Springs, Louisville’s first all-Energy Star community secluded within the neighborhood.
Saratoga Springs opened its first section three years ago and, when completed, will have 220 home sites. Saratoga Springs has become a popular destination neighborhood due in part to its location, amenities, below-market financing program and the simplicity of RJ Thieneman’s home-purchasing process that supports the ease of ownership. RJ Thieneman Realty Group has a family tradition of building great communities during more than fifty years in the business.
